If this is the case, call us immediately, and we will provide a complete accident management service at no additional cost to you. We can arrange to collect your vehicle if required, and book your vehicle into our bodyshop.

We will then assess the damage to your car and provide you with a free, comprehensive written estimate. We can also provide you with a like-for-like replacement vehicle whilst your own is off the road.

If the accident is your fault

Contact us and we will arrange to have your vehicle picked up. You should contact your insurance company immediately, and explain what has happened and where your car is. Our team can also speak directly to your insurance company once you have made the initial claim, and nominated us as your chosen repairer. It is your right as a consumer to choose who repairs your vehicle, and not the insurance company.
 
If you decide not to make an insurance claim, we can discuss the best course of action and prepare a free estimate at a price to suit your budget. Alternatively, once your claim has been authorised, and if you decide to use our services, we can then go ahead with the repairs.
